Founded in 1987, Peacock specialises in the leasing of tank containers to producers and transportation companies active in the international oil, chemical and foodprocessing industry.

Peacock is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rotterdam-based Fluvia Holding (www.fluvia.eu).

Tank containers are used for the transportation and storage of liquid products such as liquid chemicals, edible oils, certain mineral oils, wine, water and glucose.
Tank containers are transported by truck, train or ship and occasionally even by plane.
Peacock’s fleet consists of nearly 1,500 tank containers varying in capacity from 17,500 to 35,000 litres. The technical specifications of each tank container are in conformity with the latest international requirements and can be adjusted to meet the customer's specific demands. 

Peacock wants to be a middle-seized tank container leasing company focussing on middle-sized customers active in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. During the next three years Peacock will expand its present fleet to 2,500 units.
